Clarity Reset

Please read these terms carefully before booking or using any of our services.

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Clarity Reset, including sessions, programmes, and related support.

By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

Clarity Reset provides a non-clinical service focused on:

  • understanding behavioural patterns
  • improving focus and consistency
  • providing practical strategies and guidance

This service is not a medical or diagnostic assessment, does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice, and does not replace professional medical or mental health support.

If needed, you will be encouraged to seek appropriate clinical support.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

  • 18 years or older
  • able to make an informed decision about participating
  • not in acute mental health crisis requiring immediate clinical support

4. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • The £597 and £1,200 programmes are paid in full at booking.
  • For the £197 Clarity Session, you choose whether to continue to the full programme after Session 1.
  • Payments are processed securely through our booking system.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours notice: free rescheduling.
  • Less than 48 hours notice: session may be forfeited.
  • No-shows: session forfeited with no refund or rescheduling.

6. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are completely private and confidential.
  • No recordings are made.
  • Your information is never shared with third parties.
  • This service has no connection to your GP, NHS, or any clinical or medical records.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clarity Reset is not liable for any outcomes resulting from sessions, including decisions made following sessions.

We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary between individuals.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials used in sessions are the intellectual property of Clarity Reset and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Current Terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
