Refund Policy
Clarity Reset
We're committed to delivering a high-quality, professional service focused on clarity, insight, and practical outcomes.
Session 1 — Clarity Session (£197)
This is your starting point.
If you attend your session and feel you did not gain:
- a clear understanding of how your mind works, or
- a clear direction on what to do next
we'll offer a short follow-up session at no extra cost to ensure you do.
Because of the nature of the service, refunds are not provided once the session has taken place.
By booking, you acknowledge that this is a personalised service delivered in real time, not a digital product.
Clarity Reset Programme (£597)
Your initial £197 session is included.
After Session 1, you choose whether to continue. If you decide not to continue after Session 1, no further charges apply.
If you have paid in full (£597) and choose not to continue after Session 1, we will refund the remaining programme cost (£400) minus any applicable processing fees.
Once Session 2 has taken place, the programme fee is non-refundable.
Premium Programme (£1,200)
The Premium Programme is paid in full at booking. Due to the priority and extended nature of the support provided, this fee is non-refundable once the programme has commenced.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: session can be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: session may be forfeited.
- No-shows: session is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
