Refund Policy
Clarity Reset
We're committed to delivering a high-quality, professional service focused on clarity, insight, and practical outcomes.
Session 1 — Clarity Session (£197)
This is your starting point.
If you attend your session and feel you did not gain:
- a clear understanding of how your mind works, or
- a clear direction on what to do next
we'll offer a short follow-up session at no extra cost to ensure you do.
Because of the nature of the service, refunds are not provided once the session has taken place.
By booking, you acknowledge that this is a personalised service delivered in real time, not a digital product.
Clarity Reset Programme (£597)
You pay £197 today to begin with your Clarity Session. No further payment is taken unless you decide to continue.
After Session 1, you choose whether to continue. If you decide not to continue, no further charges apply — your £197 session fee is non-refundable as the service has been delivered.
If you choose to continue, the remaining £400 is due before Session 2 begins.
Once Session 2 has taken place, the remaining programme fee is non-refundable.
Premium Programme (£1,200)
The Premium Programme begins with an application — no payment is taken at the application stage. Once a place is confirmed and the programme commences, the fee is non-refundable due to the priority and extended nature of support provided.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice: session can be rescheduled at no charge.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: session may be forfeited.
- No-shows: session is forfeited and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
