ADHD Clarity Reset — About
Who I Am and Why I Do This
This isn't built from theory. It's built from over 20 years of real-world coaching and lived experience.
This work isn't built from theory alone. It's built from over 20 years of real-world coaching, behavioural work, and lived experience.
For years, I noticed patterns in myself that many people now describe in sessions: mental overload, running late, jumping between ideas, struggling with consistency, and feeling capable — but not always able to apply that consistently day-to-day.
I never felt the need to pursue a formal label. What mattered more to me was understanding how my mind worked — and learning how to stop fighting against it.
That experience shaped everything I do.
Over the last 20+ years, I've worked as a high-performance sports coach with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and additional support needs. I've also coached athletes to champion and world champion level, giving me deep insight into performance, focus, pressure, and human behaviour.
As a parent of an adult son with severe learning difficulties, I also understand these challenges personally — not just professionally. I've contributed at a strategic level as a Parent Governor within specialist education, which gave me wider perspective on support systems, development, and long-term outcomes.
Today, I combine lived experience, coaching expertise, behavioural frameworks, and degree-level education to help people better understand how they operate — and build practical systems that create more clarity, consistency, and control in everyday life.
This is not a clinical or diagnostic service.
It's a practical, implementation-focused process designed to help people move forward with greater understanding and structure.
If any of this sounds familiar — the overwhelm, the inconsistency, the feeling that your mind works differently to everyone else's — the ADHD Clarity Reset was built for you.
